The role:
- Responsible for managing and developing a number of existing UK retail accounts. This is likely to include Dunelm, Top 4 grocers, Next and JLP depending on experience
- Need to work in a collaborative manner with all customers, develop and nurture long-term relationships
- Be entrepreneurial, a self-starter and able to make an impact in an small business
- Work closely with all other areas of the company including product development, sourcing and marketing
- Work autonomously, be self-sufficient and comfortable working independently
Ideal candidate:
- Will need to have strong previous National Account management experience in a non-food category
- If you have operated in housewares, gifting, home furnishings or a similar industry this role would be a great fit
- Experience of managing a mix of high street/grocery retailers would be beneficial particularly Tesco or Dunelm
- Comfortable in a product driven, creative and collaborative small business environment
- Able to hit the ground running and add value quickly
Benefits & details:
- Up to £55,000 basic
- Car allowance, commission scheme and wider benefits
- Role is fully home-based with UK travel to customers and occasionally to head office when required
