You must be a highly experienced Pensions Project Manager with strong UK Pensions experience. The right person will have excellent technical knowledge of pensions projects but also have proven experience communicating with key clients, building/managing relationships and providing advice where needed.
The role is highly varied and you will be leading projects which involve the providing of advice to clients, proving direct project leadership to junior colleagues which may be through partners and advisors. You will also play a key part in relationship management and the development of new business.
Experience Required
- 8 years minimum in DB Pension Project Management experience, that may come from an admin or actuarial background from a consultancy or in-house setting
- Excellent project management skills and experience, strong communication skills and client facing experience is also necessary
- A pension related qualification, or the desire to take one would be beneficial (Actuarial PMI, CPC etc)
