Salary range: £43,421 - £46,464 per annum

Work location: County Hall, Oxford

Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working

Contract type: Permanent

Vetting requirements: This role is subject to a criminal records check

About us


Our aim is to identify risks to vulnerable children, at the earliest possible stage, and provide a safe and speedy triage to determine the most effective interventions.


About the role


The role includes dealing with all enquiries and referrals to Children's Social Care, according to the Priority Matrix and holding case responsibility until such time as the case is closed/signposted to another service, referred to another agency, or transferred to another team within the directorate.


To ensure that services are planned and delivered in a way that maximises participation and reflects Children’s Rights in relation to services being provided; acts on views of children and young people and demonstrate Children’s Rights are reflected in the work with children and young people.


About you


You will need post qualifying experience of multi-agency working and duty and/or assessments of children and families and in return we offer plenty of training and development opportunities.
