Harris Hill are excited to be supporting an international non-profit policy research organisation in their search for a Senior Programme Manager.
Part Time (0.6 FTE), Fixed Term (12 months)
As Senior Programme Manager, you will support the strategic direction and lead the operational function of the Global Health Policy programme in the UK.
This position will have a strong focus on budget management and forecasting, FTE planning and financial reporting. The postholder will take a leading role in developing and aligning operational processes across the Global Health Policy Programme’s two sites (in DC and London) and will work closely with the Finance and Operations teams, Institutional Advancement teams and Senior leadership to effectively plan and mobilize additional resources to further the objectives of its work. You will also have specific responsibility for programme management of the Global Health Policy Programme’s grant.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing large and complex programmes and strong experience of grant management, excellent organisational and communication skills as well as experience of managing relationships with stakeholders in a global environment.
