Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive expense coverage for food, hotels, and travel. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex frameworks and demanding clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Management: Handle relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring their expectations are met, and projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Project Frameworks: Oversee and manage retail fit-out projects within established frameworks, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
Team Leadership: As the role progresses, the Senior QS will have the opportunity to manage and oversee a team of 7 other surveyors and evolve into a Managing Quantity Surveyor.
Remote Working: Effectively manage quantity surveying responsibilities in a remote setting, maintaining communication and collaboration with the team.
Site Attendance: Attend project sites across the UK as required (approximately once a month on average).
Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive technical expertise in quantity surveying to resolve complex issues and provide strategic insights.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the retail fit-out sector.
Confidence: Ability to deal with difficult clients, frameworks, and challenging projects.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a Managing Quantity Surveyor role.
Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in quantity surveying, cost management, and project delivery.
Client Portfolio: Previous experience with high-profile clients, preferably within the retail and commercial sector.
