Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team due to securing two significant contracts in the Telford area.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of business-related issues. This will involve assessing client needs, developing strategies, and delivering solutions that achieve business objectives. In addition, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance. Compensation:

• £26-£34k Basic Salary DOE
• Uncapped Commission Structure paying up to 13% commission on Temporary and Permanent placements
• Monday to Friday 8 am-5.30 pm
• Every 2nd Friday off

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting needs assessments and identifying opportunities for clients to improve their business operations.
• Developing strategies and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
• Managing client relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Working collaboratively with other members of the team to develop and deliver client solutions.
• Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for clients to improve their operations.
• Providing training and support to clients as needed.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.

Requirements:

• Previous Recruitment experience is a must, preferably specialising in Industrial/Manufacturing or Engineering Recruitment although other industry backgrounds will be considered
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Availability to work every second Friday off.
