Our Educational Psychology Service (EPS) is a highly valued and well-regarded service that provides support to schools, families, and professional colleagues. As a Senior Specialist Educational Psychologist, you will take a strategic lead role for Early Years and Early Intervention within the service and Local Authority, potentially supervising colleagues and an allocated school 'patch.' You will contribute to the leadership of the EPS management team, using your good interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate others.

Special requirements for this post
To be successful in this role, you will need a first degree in Psychology and a recognised postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology (EP), with appropriate experience working as an EP and registration with the Health & Care Professions Council. The successful candidate will also need to apply for Disclosure & Barring Service enhanced certification.
This post attracts an additional £3,000 recruitment supplement for the successful candidate, with a similar retention payment at the end of each of the first two years.
