You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Walcott House is part of our learning disability and autism division and provides a specialist residential service for men and women with a range of learning disabilities, including autism and sensory communication impairments.
The House provides spacious accommodation and communal areas. There are nine full en-suite bedrooms, two lounges, a sensory room and a fully enclosed gardens. It is situated in Bognor Regis in West Sussex.
Shifts are as follows: Early: 7am-2.30pm, Late:2pm-9.30pm. We can discuss the long day if you prefer: 7am-9.30pm. Weekends are on a rota basis.
*You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time. 20-hour Student Visa's cannot be accepted. No visa sponsorship.

- Ideally have Senior Support Worker/Team Leader Support Worker.
- The ability to show strong empathy, a caring and compassionate nature
