Our team at Glebelands are looking for an experienced Support Worker to BeTheDifference Within our day opportunity hubs we support our individuals to live the life they choose, champion 'ordinary life' and feel part of their local communities. Salary : £25,119 - £26,421 per annum Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (37 hours between 8:30 - 5:30pm) Contract Length : Permanent Location : Glebelands, Shoreham-by-Sea About Glebelands We are a Day Opportunity Hub for adults, who experience a range of conditions which impact on their lives such as Autism, Dementia, Learning Disabilities and Brain Injuries. We provide access to tailored programmes of activities in a comfortable, caring, and valuing environment. Most importantly, we strive to ensure that everyone using our service and our staff have a great day We have a skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced team who are working towards further developing our community engagement activities. We offer several gardening sessions our garden room and greenhouse are bursting with young plants. Music is a large part of what we do, as well as specific singing and movement sessions the hub is filled with music in most rooms. Our afternoons exploring favourite music and artists are very popular. We are developing some exciting new sessions including, Photography and a Newsletter through which we are planning to celebrate our achievements and share our stories.
