The Recruitment Crowd are on the lookout for a talented, driven and passionate individual to support the service as a Senior Support Worker for a Children's Residential Home based in the Worthing location.
Job Description:-
This is a leadership role. As well as making sure every child has the right support, care and guidance, you will support our adults, too. This will involve supervision, leading shifts, ensuring that all children’s plans are followed, children are protected from harm and all policies and procedures are followed.

Key to this is making sure that children are happy, safe, enjoy living in our homes and continue to make outstanding progress in all areas of their lives. Our children sometimes need high levels of support and, as a senior member of the team, you will be an excellent role model and consistent adult in their lives.

The safety and welfare of children is at the very heart of everything we do.

This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home.

Requirements for the opportunity:-

• You will hold your Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• You will have minimum 1 years experience relevant to the residential care of children.
