We are a unique service set on farmland, have access to animals and surrounded by the countryside near the village of Storrington in West Sussex. We have 4 ladies and 4 gentlemen who have physical and learning disabilities that live in their own apartments but need our support to live an active lifestyle. Our clients enjoy spending time out in the community, visiting shops, cinemas, swimming, Theatres, and many other activities. Our clients have amazing personalities and enjoy meeting new people.
We have a vacancy for a Senior Support Worker to act as a role model to the team and support the Manager and Deputy in delivering an excellent standard of service provision.
We’re looking for someone with substantial experience of supporting people with learning disabilities, good organisation and communication skills and ideally some supervising skills.
