Senior User Researcher We are looking for a Senior User Researcher to jump on an immediate project starting next week. This is to work for an agency client to manage stakeholders on connectivity and entertainment platforms.

Key Points:
- Initially support and take part in workshops with Business areas and Corporate Functions
- Engage stakeholders and help define types of customer
- Develop personas to recruit for moderated remote user testing sessions
- Create a user-testing recruitment brief and work with a recruitment agency to recruit the correct types of B2B customer
- Plan user research for user testing sessions
