Experience in the delivery of youth work programmes and interventions.Confidence and determination to deliver to agreed targets.Awareness and enthusiasm for inclusive practices.Ability to work with young people to organise an appropriate programme of activities that delivers project specific outcomes.An understanding of the barriers facing young people with learning disabilities and autism when engaging in youth provision.Have a relevant degree or 3rd level qualification in youth work, community work/development. education or equivalent.Have a minimum of 3 years experience in project management within health and social care or youthwork.Ability to demonstrate line management/supervision experience.Ability to demonstrate experience of budget planning and working to set targets.
