AddressWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Content Team as a SEO & Paid Search Specialist. This is a full time & permanent office-based role at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool L24.
We’re looking for a highly-skilled Mid-level to Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both retail and artificial intelligence (AI), demonstrating a proven track record in optimising online visibility and driving organic traffic.

The key accountabilities in the role are:
- SEO strategy development – formulate and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with our business objectives & marketing related activities spanning SEO (on-site & off-site content), PPC and Paid Social
- Plan, execute and optimise Paid Search campaigns across various platforms to achieve performance roles
- Conduct website audits & provide recommendations for technical enhancements to improve search engine performance
- Stay on top of industry trends and algorithm updates, implementing changes accordingly
- Content optimisation for relevant keywords, ensuring a balance between SEO best practices and engaging, customer-centric messaging
- Collaboration with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with our target audience at B&M
- Leveraging AI tools & technologies to enhance SEO efforts & the exploration of innovative ways to integrate these into our SEO strategy
- Use data and analytics to drive key decisions for improvements and recommendations to optimise our SEO strategy
- Providing training & guidance to internal teams on SEO best practices
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Proven experience as an SEO & PPC Specialist with a focus on retail
- Strong understanding of AI and its application in SEO
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors & Paid social platforms
- Practical experience of using SEO tools and analytic platforms
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- A strong communicator & collaborator, able to work cross functionally
- The ability to stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
