Serious Injuries Lawyer/Senior Paralegal

Currently, they provide legal services to 12 of the UK's 20 largest motor insurers, specialising in various areas, including counter fraud, large & complex injury, motor and casualty services, recoveries, costs, and credit hire.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive or Senior Fee Earning Paralegal to join the team. The selected candidate will work closely with a Partner on multi-track claims ranging from £250,000 to £3 million, primarily on defendant claims. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working on high-value claims and contributing to the continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Partner in handling multi-track claims from £250,000 to £3 million.
• Provide legal expertise and support on defendant claims.
• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and preparation for litigation.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure their needs are met.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a high-performing legal team.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor, legal executive with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). This role is also open to experienced Senior Paralegals with fee earning experience on multi track claims with a value of £250,000+
• Proven experience in handling high value multi-track personal injury claims.
• Strong knowledge of the legal processes related to defendant claims.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
