Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm, 45 hours per week and Saturday 8.00am - 12.30pm (1 in 3, paid as additional hours)

Service Advisor role
An opportunity has arisen to join us as a service team manager in Chingford. The Service Team Manager is responsible for every aspect of a customer's aftersales experience. The main purpose of the role is to supervise the team and dealing on a day-to-day basis with customers
This role includes the day-to-day management of the service team. The role is to further the maximise sales, and profit opportunities through the delivery of the aftersales strategy and to exceed customer expectations at all times.
The successful candidate will have experience in an aftersales role within the motor trade; and have strong communication skills, high attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Service Advisor Main Duties
* To manage and work with the team to deliver on role expectations ensuring:
* Assistance to the management team with attendance control
* To manage customer complaint resolution including face-to-face if required.
* Ensure the repair of vehicles promptly and to brand standards
* Upsell and authority for additional work identified
* Collection and Delivery Control
* Inbound call handling & IVR call back management

Service Advisor Skills Required:
* Demonstrable motor trade Service Advisor, technician, or workshop control experience
* Working as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous supervisory experience would be desirable
