We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our clients team in Wymondham. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the service department, ensuring the smooth operation of the service division, and providing exceptional support to the Service Manager.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Efficiently manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships, catering to a wide range of customer expectations.
• Maintain all records effectively, including the preparation of job cards and liaising with the Parts and Warranty departments to ensure prompt and compliant service on repairs.
• Deliver superior customer service and demonstrate energy and enthusiasm when engaging with customers.
• Work independently with self-motivation, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Utilise strong leadership skills to make quick and decisive actions.
• Exhibit strong administrative skills, organisation, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Handle matters of a confidential nature with discretion.
• Be flexible to work in both an office and workshop environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience or understanding of working within a service department.
• Background in Horticultural, Agricultural, Construction, or Automotive industries is beneficial.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and expectations.
• Full driving license, as occasional customer visits using a company vehicle may be required.
• Strong leadership and administrative skills.
• Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to customer engagement.
• Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours during peak periods.
