The Service and Support Coordinatorwill support customers through continuous communication and taking pride in customer service, excellent communication is the key. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, working closely with our technical support team to understand faults and actions required and co-ordinate the necessary administration to successfully conclude each maintenance ticket raised. In more detail, your role will entail:
- Provide regular contact with customers, building relationships and showing empathy whilst working towards finding solutions
- Provide information and quotes to our clients
- Schedule Field Engineers in line with each client's service level agreement as well as coordinating their time on site.
- You will log the entire process on a CRM system, creating Cost Sheets, Service Agreements, Proposals and Quotes
- Should costs be incurred to the client, relay these costs to the customer whilst documenting the process
- Constant contact with procurement department to ensure servicing can be completed
- Handle all client complaints, calmly, professionally, and comprehensively
