Service & Support Coordinator - High Wycombe

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Service & Support Coordinator to be based in High Wycombe?

Main Duties of the Role

• Consistently delivering high levels of customer service
• Build strong relationships with customers whilst providing regular contact
• Provide information and quotes to clients
• Scheduling engineers in line with SLA’s
• Responsible for resolution of all reported faults from first contact to completion
• Keep all documentation up-to-date

Your Skill & Experience

• Experience within a similar position
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Salary

• £25,000-£28,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
