Main Duties of the Role
- Consistently delivering high levels of customer service
- Build strong relationships with customers whilst providing regular contact
- Provide information and quotes to clients
- Scheduling engineers in line with SLA’s
- Responsible for resolution of all reported faults from first contact to completion
- Keep all documentation up-to-date
Your Skill & Experience
- Experience within a similar position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Salary
- £25,000-£28,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
