Salary: £11.50
Contract/duration: Permanent
Hours/working pattern/hours: To include Weekends and Bank Holidays. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a team of staff and volunteers working at Hidcote Gardens.
What you'll be doing
Service Assistants play an important role in supporting various property teams in greeting and helping our visitors. No two days are the same and you can expect to meet lots of different people and help in various visitor areas. Day to day shifts will include ensuring the Visitor Reception area is kept clean and tidy, assisting in the car park, welcoming coach groups and helping out in other areas around the site where needed. Most importantly you’ll talk to visitors, answering any questions they have to make sure they can find everything they need for their visit. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and a keen interest in learning about visitor operations.
