Position Overview:
We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused Service Bookings Advisor to play a pivotal role in managing appointments, driving outbound prospecting, and contributing to the growth of our service department. Key Responsibilities:

• Service Bookings Management:
  • Handle service inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Optimize workshop productivity by scheduling appointments seamlessly.
  • Engage in proactive outbound prospecting to fuel service department growth.
• Outbound Prospecting:
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers, showcasing our service offerings.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Customer Service:
  • Address inquiries and concerns with precision, offering comprehensive service options.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their service appointments.
  • Maintain meticulous records of Service Bookings and customer information.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians for a streamlined service process.
  • Foster effective communication with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Skills Required:

• Previous customer service experience.
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with automotive service processes and terminology.
• Proficient in computer applications, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
