Job Overview
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial catering service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries, logging service requests, and efficiently organising our engineers schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction : professionally handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone and email. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Job Logging : Accurately log and document service requests, ensuring all necessary information is recorded. Maintain a comprehensive database of service history and customer interactions.
- Scheduling and Diary Management: Efficiently structure and manage the daily schedules of our service engineers. Prioritise and allocate tasks based on urgency and service level agreements. Coordinate with engineers to optimise travel routes and minimise downtime.
- Time Management: Monitor and track the progress of ongoing service jobs. Ensure timely completion of tasks and escalate issues as needed.
Skills / Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with commercial catering equipment (preferred but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.50 per hour
