Service Coordinator (Nights)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Temporary Recruitment Agency operating in Peterborough area. Due to continued growth and success of the business, we are pleased to be able to recruit for Service Coordinator on a permanent basis. Successful candidate will play a crucial role in the operations, serving as the primary liaison between organisation and temporary workers. You will work closely with Resourcers to ensure daily requirements are met and maintain seamless communication with the workforce.

Main responsibilities for the successful Service Coordinator:
- Collaborate with Resourcers to ensure daily requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
- Schedule rotas for temporary workers, including shift timings, locations, and provision of necessary equipment such as PPE.
- Offer guidance and support to temporary workers to ensure their needs are met and their performance is optimised.
- Plan transportation logistics for temporary staff to ensure timely arrivals and departures to and from work sites.
- Coordinate with Drivers to facilitate smooth transportation operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the temporary workforce management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation. This may include assisting with recruitment efforts, participating in training programs, or supporting other departments as needed.
An ideal Service Coordinator will have:
- Recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Be a decision maker, able to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.

- Night shift pattern 4in 4off: 7PM/8PM - 7AM/8AM
- Salary of 161 per night + commission scheme
