What we’re looking for:
Do you have excellent customer service skills, in person, virtually and on the phone?
Are you a self-motivated achiever with excellent, easy to understand communication skills?
Do you have an industry recognised certification either in CompTIA, Service Desk Institute Analyst or ITIL foundation?
Do you have an IT Service Desk background?
Do you like to solve problems or have experience of handling Service Desk incidents?
Are you good at managing business/customer expectations?

Here at Peabody, we have opportunities for a Service Desk Analyst on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office, based near Waterloo or Lambeth North Tube Station.
A bit about the role:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be able to translate between technical and business requirements and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will need to present complex technical information to in a simple non-technical way to ensure internal customers understands.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Developing and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders to support our customers.
Working with a number of applications/systems undertaking analysis, diagnosis and provide a resolution.
Taking ownership of incidents and requests, following up concerns and communicating progress in a timely manner.
Ensuring all incidents and Service Desk requests meet the teams service level agreement with the business.
Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days working in the office is required
