Perhaps you have been working on a Helpdesk or in Customer Service, handling enquiries by phone/email, raising tickets, logging requests... all great skills to bring to this role.

You'll join a friendly team based at their office in Birmingham (city centre location, a short walk from the train station)

Hybrid working means you'll get to work some of the time from home too (if you want to)

Salary up to £27,000 depending on the skills and experience you can bring to the role - show up ready to make an impact!
