Salary - GBP49,000 - GBP55,000 (depending on experience)
An exciting vacancy has opened up with one of the most efficient and competitive food processers in the world.
We are seeking a Shift Performance Manager to deliver process and engineering reliability to ensure the factory achieves its targets in all departments.
Shift Pattern:
Mon - Friday 3 shift rotating pattern (Sunday night shift to Friday afternoon shift)
1 in 3 Saturday mornings (6-12)
1 in 18 Sundays
Main Criteria:
- To ensure factory targets are met within quality, environment, safety and health (QES&H)
- To drive the cost per tonne number to an operational minimum
- Prior experience in a similar role within Food / FMCG
