SalaryRobert Walters have partnered with a global manufacturing business, to recruit a Supplier Performance Manager to join the Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will bring their experience and knowledge to ensure effective Supplier performance, capability & Risk management.
* Based in Greater Manchester.
* 2-3 days in the office - flexi hours.

Responsibilities:
* Assess supply chain and suppliers capability to meet current and future delivery.
* Handle a portfolio of suppliers on a day to day basis - project performance and supply chain risks.
* Identify, Advance and mitigate potential Supply Chain Risks and put in place associated improvement and mitigation plans.
* Assist in supply chain excellence improvements.
About you:
* Experience of Supplier Development in Aerospace, Defence or Manufacturing environments.
* Demonstrated ability to improve Supplier Performance.
* Excellent problem solving skills.
