Our client is a market leader in commercial flooring, operating successfully throughout the world. Established in 1915 is looking for an Shipping Administrator to ensure accuracy and customs protocol are followed, maintain customer files and provide assistance to clients.

Key Accountabilities
Processing Export orders to a high standard
Answering customer queries
Generating correct and precise documentation
Liaising with freight forwarders
Maintaining customer files
Knowledge of customs process
Knowledge of Letters of Credit and specific export documentation
Knowledge of CHIEF and CDS
Knowledge of trade deals and CPC / Commodity Codes
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
Previous experience in a customer focused environment
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Good IT skills
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Knowledge of Export processes
Ability to process in house customs entries
Knowledge of Incoterms
Team player
Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
Organised and efficient to meet deadlines and deliver objectives
