Shoal Programme Officer

We are looking for a database professional to join our Operations Team on a full-time basis. This role reports to the Senior Database Manager and collaborates with another Database Officer.

We are looking for an experienced Database Officer or somebody with relevant experience to help maintain an
accurate and compliant Donorfy database.

The successful candidate will have experience working on Donorfy or a similar CRM system, ideally within the
charitable sector. The candidate will also have experience cleaning, processing, and importing data from various
sources and will be comfortable providing database support to the wider office.

You will be flexible, able to work under pressure and manage a busy and sometimes competing workload.
