Site Administrator

As a Site Administrator you will be based on site managing and coordinating all administrative duties linked with the project. Ensuring the Project Manager and site teams have the correct information they require in an accurate and timely manner
As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for;
- Coordinate and execute regular team meetings with individual and groups, to understand workload, responsibilities and requirements for all
- Collate all works information for jobs
- Create site packs
- Provide timely information to enable quantity surveyor to budget
- Assist construction Agents/Engineer/Planners for programming works
- Run daily, weekly construction reports for Project Managers
- Ensure handover packages are drawn up in advance
- Review quality of returned site information, photographs, and asset attributes

- Prior experience in administrative role
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong management and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Competent user of the complete Microsoft Office package
