Join a dynamic and forward-thinking Site Administrator to support our client based in Motherwell.
We are on the lookout for a proactive individual to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of operations and administration on project sites. Actively seeking driven individuals who are not only passionate about what they do but also eager to carve out a successful career path.
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Mon - Thu: 09:00 - 17:30, Fri: 09:00 - 16:00)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the management of supply chain records, ensuring all records are valid and up to date
- Offer project assistance and aid in document control
- Verify legal documentation within specified timelines, particularly in relation to Right to Work documentation
- Travel between business units and projects
- Execute tasks in alignment with business policies and procedures, ensuring compliance
- Handle paperwork meticulously and confidentially
- Furnish necessary support to project teams when needed
Who We're Looking For:
- Brings experience from a previous administration based role
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Capable of efficiently organising and prioritising personal workload
- Demonstrates excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is eager to advance their career. Your must have at least 1-3 years of experience as an administrator in order to be considered.
