A leading House Builder are looking for a freelance Site Manager for a traditional new build housing project in Cardiff to start immediately.
This established business have a supportive team on site.
Job Duties:- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
- Maintain quality control and site cleanliness
- Manage project time-lines and budgets
- Report progress to senior management
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS certification
- First Aid training
- Full UK Driving License
- x2 references from previous employers (preferably house building contracts managers)
Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Site Manager in new build housing.
