SalaryDue to the recent award of a section of works associated with Tideway, our client, a family owned business are seeking the services of a Site Manager to assist with a part of the project that includes Groundworks, Paving, Landscaping and Minor Build works.
Based from site offices in Bermondsey and reporting to the Project Manager, daily duties will include preparation of RAMs and Task Briefings, Overseeing Labour and Contractors on site, Health & Safety and Material Ordering.
To be considered, you MUST be an experienced Site Manager and hold CSCS, SMSTS and ideally First Aid to your name. You MUST also have experience in Groundworks and Paving works, this is essential.
In return, an immediate start is on offer along with a 1 year contract minimum which is Outside IR35 and comes with a top rate.
