Our client is a leading industrial service company specialising in tank cleaning, vacuum services, and high-pressure water jetting. Our company is committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest safety standards. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the efficient execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site operations including tank cleaning, vacuum services, and water jetting projects.
- Plan, organize, and manage resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Supervise and provide leadership to site personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure availability of necessary tools and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation of safety measures, progress reports, and cost analysis.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in industrial service management, particularly in tank cleaning, vacuum services, and water jetting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
