The SME Sales Executive, reporting to the UK Sales Manager and part of the UK Sales/Commercial team, will drive proactive and reactive development of new SME business within defined geographic areas. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting new business sales following Securitas Commercial process.
• Selling packaged solutions to SMEs, tailored to location-specific needs and risk profiles.
• Actively prospecting new business.
• Collaborating with UK marketing and tele marketing.
• Utilizing mobile, technology, and remote services to enhance customer risk mitigation.
• Representing the company professionally at all times.
• Adhering to monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and Securitas Commercial Process.
• Using SSA and SST risk tools proactively.
• Identifying local opportunities within designated areas.
• Generating a pipeline using the Securitas CRM system.
• Collaborating closely with Mobile, ES, and SOC teams.
• Demonstrating a 'hunter' mentality and ability to work autonomously.
• Cultivating strong relationships with Securitas’ service partners.

Have you got ...

Education to GCSE standard or equivalent (to include Maths /English) as a minimum.

• Driving license and must be prepared to travel.
• Willingness to undertake further formal training and development.
• Basic keyboard skills/ PC literacy.
• Previous management experience.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Ability to work co-operatively in a team environment.
• Ability to work with confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
