The SME Sales Executive, reporting to the UK Sales Manager and part of the UK Sales/Commercial team, will drive proactive and reactive development of new SME business within defined geographic areas. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting new business sales following Securitas Commercial process.
- Selling packaged solutions to SMEs, tailored to location-specific needs and risk profiles.
- Actively prospecting new business.
- Collaborating with UK marketing and tele marketing.
- Utilizing mobile, technology, and remote services to enhance customer risk mitigation.
- Representing the company professionally at all times.
- Adhering to monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and Securitas Commercial Process.
- Using SSA and SST risk tools proactively.
- Identifying local opportunities within designated areas.
- Generating a pipeline using the Securitas CRM system.
- Collaborating closely with Mobile, ES, and SOC teams.
- Demonstrating a 'hunter' mentality and ability to work autonomously.
- Cultivating strong relationships with Securitas’ service partners.
Have you got ...
Education to GCSE standard or equivalent (to include Maths /English) as a minimum.
- Driving license and must be prepared to travel.
- Willingness to undertake further formal training and development.
- Basic keyboard skills/ PC literacy.
- Previous management experience.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Ability to work co-operatively in a team environment.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
