Social Media Content Creator - North West London - Salary up to £38,000Were working with one of the UKs No 1 health company, specifically working within the production of vitamins. Theyre looking for a Content Creator to join their growing team!The primary focus of this role revolves around crafting visuals and videos for their Social Media channels. This encompasses everything from designing graphics and capturing product images to proficiently shooting and editing videos.Main responsibilities:Creating innovative, and relevant Social Media Content both in-house and on location, shoots, and events. Your content should align with the UK marketing calendar and adhere to brand guidelines.Producing highly engaging multiMedia Content, visual design (e.g. infographics), ideally also video production (live action & animation) and editing, and interactive content, plus written content (expert articles, blogs, emails etc).Keeping up with the latest trends and swiftly crafting educational and entertaining content to capitalize on them.Taking full ownership of the entire process of ideation, creation, and editing of Social Media Content across various platforms. This includes stills, videos, GIFs, Instagram stories and reels, as well as TikTok content.Collaborating with the Social Media team to ensure that all content is engaging, innovative, and platform-specific, surpassing reach, follower, and e-commerce traffic targets.Extracting and analysing platform analytics to derive valuable insights that will inform continuous content improvements.RequirementsA highly creative individual with proven experience in content development, potentially from within an agency environment. Strong creative design skills.Fluent in Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and Illustrator Creative Cloud on Mac OSX with best in class photoshop, video editing and graphic design skills.Fluent in Social Media, trends and types of content for social channels and excellent art working and retouching skills.Fluent in shooting videos and editing and taking projects from initial layout through final artwork to proof checking and approval.Knowledge of how to maximise audience engagement, build online communities and acquire new customers.Comfortable working within a small team in a fast-paced environment and support community management and customer queries via Social Media when needed.Key essential skills:2+ years’ experience interacting within online communities, actively participating on Instagram, TikTok Facebook, and Twitter.Extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.Professional, team player who is passionate about all things social and experience of content creation for Social Media.Proven ability to articulate strategy based on audience research and intuition.Uses social analytics to make clear recommendations on content and strategy.Willingness to be both behind and in front of the camera, embracing a multifaceted role.BenefitsCompetitive annual leave package (24 days, plus bank holidays).Bupa Dental Cover.50% staff discount on all products.Pension contributions.Sick pay support.Free onsite parking.Fresh fruit and snacks.Flexible working opportunities
