Super exciting opportunity for a dynamic digital and Social Media creator to join a fast growing Boutique Fitness Brand. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated Social Media Manager, or Social Media Strategist, who will be responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring an organisation’s presence across multiple Social Media platforms, and who has a big passion for fitness and content creation, with opportunity to grow within the organisation.

The Role:

• Salary: £35,000 + OTE
• Incentive/Commission: Yes.
• Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
• Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).

Your duties will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, project management, customer service, networking and content creation.

DAY-TO-DAY ROLE

• Developing Social Media and marketing strategies along side the Senior Management with the aim of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.
• Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s Social Media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall Digital Marketing plan.
• Creating captivating content for an organisation’s Social Media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and digital technologies
• Developing monthly reports on emerging Social Media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
• Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand
• Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
• Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and Social Media posts
• Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy

CONTENT CREATION

From TikToks, to Reels we're after someone who can create engaging content, hosted across all our social channels, on a quick turnaround to ensure we are continually hero-ing our ever-growing number of partnerships.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Alongside the Senior Management Team you will be responsible for creating looking after Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn channels as well as up-keeping the website, engaging with our community online and planning content calendars. We need someone who is able to have fun with the role, bringing our Social Media channels to life and aligning them with upcoming projects and wider brand strategy.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

The ideal candidate will need to able to build relationships with the brans existing and new influencers and partners. This will be through day to day content creation in the gym and through attendance in studio and content creation, as well as the hosting of events and any other ideas that we or our partners bring to the table.

EVENTS

Organising and helping host events is an intrinsic part of the role.

WEBSITE UPKEEP

Making sure the website is up to date. Hosted on Squarespace.

META and GOOGLE ADS

Liaise with external agencies to place Meta and Google ads and analyse effectiveness.

No prior experience is required but desire to learn is essential.

40 HOURS A WEEK

This is a full-time, West London-based position that will require you to work a 40-hour week. You will have access to a leading London gym as part of the role.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A London-based enthusiastic and creative fitness lover to take on the challenge of managing multiple Social Media platforms, as well as assisting in the engagement and management of partnerships for a growing brand.
• Extensive experience in working with various Social Media platforms as well as Mailchimp and Squarespace
• Great communication skills in order to liaise with multiple stakeholders, creatives and departments
• Good networking skills to form relationships with influencers and other key players
• An ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Sound knowledge of the English language
• The ability to think strategically and creatively
• Desire to learn and progress
• Solid knowledge of computers and relevant operating systems and software programs
• A sound understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and keyword search
