Role
We are looking for a passionate Social Media Executive who understands the value that Social Media can bring to a brand in terms of storytelling and generating leads. You will be an innovative thinker and will be able to think on your feet whilst also being able to work to timelines and manage stakeholder expectations. You will have the opportunity to work across a number of our UK divisions supporting them with their Social Media channels and coming up with exciting, thought-provoking content to tell Knight Frank's story.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day review of content calendars and scheduling and publishing
- Produce high quality Social Media assets and campaigns in collaboration with designers, agencies or using in-house creative tools and platforms (Graphic design skills a bonus)
- Guide and collaborate with UK and global PR & marketing colleagues on Social Media best practice
- Working alongside and managing relationships with third party agencies.
- Ad hoc training and support to local offices and teams as needed
- Collaborating with content, PR and wider marketing team to advise on Social Media opportunities.
- Assist with Social Media reporting, including distribution of key points to UK and global colleagues
- Protect the Knight Frank brand by flagging unauthorised and fake Social Media accounts and other breaches of the Group Social Media Policy.
Key Experience Required
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a Social Media role
