As Social Media Analyst, you will be a key resource and source of information in developing and delivering Visa Cross-Border Solutions and Currencycloud’s digital communications strategy, defining and managing our Social Media governance process and ways of working, as well as being responsible for distribution and measurement through day-to-day management of the digital communications channels.
You will have ownership of and responsibility for the Visa Cross-Border Solutions and Currencycloud editorial calendar, drawing together all proactive communications outputs from across the Visa Cross-Border Solutions team.
Key responsibilities
Content planning and development – you will be responsible for supporting with the development of content and managing the delivery on our digital channels, drawing on campaign strategy from the rest of the Marketing Team as well as insights from your digital channel management in role to make sure each channel has a clear narrative flow and engages its target audience (owned and Social Media)
Calendar creation, process development and ongoing management – identify or create the appropriate tool and process to gather and report all of Visa Cross-Border Solutions and Currencycloud’s proactive communications activity in an easy-to-use calendar that can be accessed by the team and global colleagues.
Manage a Content Management System (CMS) to deliver content on Visa Cross-Border Solutions and Currencycloud’s key owned channels (Visa Navigate and Visa blogs, for example)
Use Hubspot and / or Sprinklr to manage the delivery of an engaging Social Media narrative in LinkedIn and Twitter (at least)
Support with the development and execution of a paid Social Media strategy to supplement our organic content.
Work with the Visa Cross-Border Solutions digital team to upport with the development and execution a Search Engine Optimisation strategy to help make sure that all distributed content contributes towards our broader audience and communications goals.
Work with the rest of the Marketing Team to develop a strategy and tools for audience engagement, attraction and personalisation in our key digital channels
Data and measurement on digital channels fed back into your channel strategy to continually enhance and improve
Be creative and innovative in seeking out ways to add value for your channel audiences which can feed into Visa’s wider communications activity.
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
