Salary for this role is between £55k-£60k.
This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 3/4 days a week together in the office.
We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.
Requirements:
You Will:
- Feed into social content strategy based on real time insights, trends and best practice. Monitor performance and feed that back to Head of Content & Creative
- Support with business wide growth initiatives - in particular new customer acquisition -, feeding into strategies for social content as required.
- Own curation of the social channel feeds
- Act as brand guardian for social first, multimedia content, ensuring it adhered to Threads brand and tone-of-voice guidelines under the guidance of HCC
- Plan weekly and monthly calendar for GTM using commercial insights from Commercial Editor and monthly trends and focuses from HCC
- Extract insights, analyse engagement data and identify trends in customer interactions. Use those insights to advise the business on how to optimise Social Media performance.
- A clear understanding of global Social Media trends that resonates with the Gen Z and millennial audience.
- Excellent knowledge of influencers and familiarity with working with PR to drive key Social Media metrics.
- In-the-know about consumer trends, specifically in the luxury and lifestyle sectors.
- Competency with Social Media management tools for reporting and analytics, scheduling, influencer management and social listening
- Ability to pivot quickly and stay calm under pressure
