The Spa Receptionist role:
The Spa Receptionist is an integral part of the Spa Team. The Spa Receptionist acts as the main point of contact in the Spa Operation. Basic responsibilities include; responding to guest requests, dispatching information, assisting management, communicating with various departments on Spa/Gym status and supporting the overall day-to-day efficiency of the Spa/Gym Operation.
