We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
The shift pattern is Rotational: Monday – Sunday, days, nights, 12 hour shifts.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team within OMFS within the Institute of Neurological Sciences, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. The Department of OMFS provides exciting pioneering OMFS procedures and care as part of regional services for the West of Scotland. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Staff Nurses to join our teams across various wards.
All staff will be supported by our dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator for Neurosciences, and undergo an in-house training competency framework and university accredited courses to support your development.
You will work 12-hour shifts to cover the 24/7 service.
You must be a registered nurse. Experience in the field of OMFS nursing is preferred, but not essential.
You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to patient-centred care, continuing professional development, an understanding of our service, and the specific needs of our patients (or a commitment to learn and develop these skills).
