Hello! We are Vita Health Group and have a great opportunity for a Step 2 Team Leader to join our mew Kent and Medway NHS Talking Therapies Service. What you will do in the role…
As a Step 2 Team Lead you will manage and supervise a team of PWPs to ensure the delivery of evidence-based services to the public. Responsibilities will include undertaking line management and supervision for PWPs/PWP Trainees. 
There will be opportunities to provide assessment and build upon low intensity interventions. This role will suit someone with risk assessment experience and a general commitment to improving clinical excellence.
This role will be hybrid working with a mixture of office working and working from home.

Skills and Experience:
Essential:
  • IAPT Low intensity Worker/PWP Cert/Dip
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work individually or within a team and foster good working relationships
  • Adaptive to change
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills
  • IAPT Low Intensity Supervisor Training or undertaking IAPT Low Intensity Supervisor training  
Desirable:
  • Experience of providing line management
  • Long term conditions IAPT qualification
