This position is for a Store Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating the team in our Richmond boutique. The candidate will be in charge of all aspects of running a retail store, including sales, staff management, and maintaining store standards.

Description

• Ensure that the store operates efficiently and effectively.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Ensure that the Visual Merchandising standards are exceptional at all times.
• Oversee all store operations including sales, staff, stock, and resources management.

• Monitor and analyse performance metrics.

Profile

A successful Store Manager should have:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within retail.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
