We are on a rapid and ambitious transformation programme that is shaping and improving Early Help and Prevention across East Riding. Our method for transformation is to combine experts in project management and improvement with people who work directly in our services. To make this happen, we need two people who care about making a difference to children, young people, families and communities to take on the responsibilities of the Strategic Managers for Early Help and Prevention for six months. This is a great opportunity for people with experience of managing and supervising staff who would like to expand their leadership and management skills further.
Early Help and Prevention services are a vital part of our practice system, we are looking for experienced managers who have the vision, motivation, ideas, and practice to help us achieve the best possible outcomes for our children, young people and families. This is a fixed term role while the work is carried out to transform Early Help and Prevention in East Riding.
The roles will maintain strategic direction for our Early Help and Prevention offer which, includes 18 children’s centres, mental health and wellbeing services, family support, the supporting families programme and community outreach.
