What you'll be doing
- Leading all operational processes for in-person card payments products
- Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's Acquiring hyper-growth
- Leading and implementing key projects on supply chain management and optimisation end to end
- Managing critical vendor and partner relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and monitoring
- Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
- Becoming a key contributor in product investigation and scoping/searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
- A 2:1 STEM degree from a top university
- 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with POS systems and devices and/or experience with supply chain management
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data
- A natural curiosity and will to make an impact
- An interest in the financial industry
