Description
- Develop and implement effective Student Recruitment strategies
- Organise and attend recruitment events and school visits
- Collaborate with departments to ensure a consistent marketing messages
- Monitor and report on recruitment performance
- Develop relationships with local schools and colleges
- Coordinate with the marketing department to produce promotional materials
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations
- Be the sole Recruitment and Outreach lead in the London office
Profile
- Proven experience in Student Recruitment or a similar role
- Excellent outreach knowledge and background
- Excellent event management production skills
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
Job Offer
- Day rate role PAYE or Umbrella.
- Annual equivalent salary: £44,000
- Hybrid working
- 1-3 month contract to start ASAP
