The Role The Student Services Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, managing and delivering an effective Student Services provision at ACM. They will lead professional services teams to ensure services are implemented consistently and efficiently across all campuses. The successful candidate will be able to inspire students to engage in their learning journey and will effectively utilise data to review the effectiveness of student interventions. Essential Requirements Proven leader with demonstrable experience in a senior student support role in an FE or HE setting Experience in managing or supervising, motivating and developing staff Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels Ability to analyse and interpret data to find trends and patterns A demonstrable commitment to utilising equality, diversity and inclusion as a positive resource to enhance staff and student experience of diversity and equality Ability to engage students, staff and partners and inspire trust at all levels, establishing positive and productive working relationships Experience in collaborating with local service providers to enhance the student experience This is a full-time role based at either the London or Guildford campus with frequent travel required to all sites including Birmingham.
