UCL Student Support and Wellbeing sits within the broader Student and Registry Services division and is responsible for providing services to all students throughout their time at UCL and for supporting academic departments and administrative staff in delivering a high-quality student experience. We also play a key role in coordinating UCL's governance processes and academic quality assurance operations.

About the role
We are looking to appoint a Student Support and Wellbeing Manager (Development, Campaigns and Projects) who will contribute to the development and delivery of preventative support services aimed at ensuring that all students are supported to realise their full potential and attain long-term benefits from studying, living, and socialising at UCL.
You will work in a small, collaborative and innovative team that is committed to excellence in creating a transformative student experience.
About you
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience of coordinating and organising campaigns, events and Projects, preferably in a large and complex organisation.
Alongside this you will bring evidence of success in managing campaigns, including writing, editing and proofreading for a variety of online and printed copy and translating information into simple and easy to digest language
Experience of report writing, analysing and presenting data, building relationships with staff at all levels and experience of working with students and external agencies will also be essential.
