A bit about the role...

You’ll bring best-in-class project management skills to a delicious blend of key projects we are focusing on, including New Product Launches, Changes To Existing Products, Market Expansion of Products and Value Chain Optimisation (F4G).  Your brilliant communication skills will help us ensure that our key stakeholders are always abreast of the latest timings for our projects and decisions required, as well as key risks & opportunities.
Day to day you’ll get stuck into the following:

•    Building trust and credibility of the platforms team with our Global Costa & Coca-Cola stakeholders 
•    Influencing senior stakeholders of the organisation
•    Playing a pivotal role in helping to define and shape a new fit for purpose Product Change Management process & governance for the retail platform and potentially the wider Costa business
•    Leading project governance senior management forums where applicable
•    Being the link between central teams and local-regional SC commercialisation teams
